First, we must enhance our political stance and clarify our functional positioning
We should base ourselves on our own units and vigorously publicize the advanced individuals and deeds of those who act bravely for justice within the units, so that more employees can understand, support, actively recommend and consciously practice the spirit of those who act bravely for justice. It is necessary to organically integrate the work of acts of bravery with the construction of corporate culture. By promoting the work of acts of bravery, a positive and upward corporate culture can be cultivated, the ideological and moral standards of employees can be enhanced, team vitality can be stimulated, and the development of the enterprise can be promoted.
Second, it is necessary to pool social forces and expand the radiation effect
More enterprises, public institutions, social organizations and the general public should be mobilized and organized to encourage everyone to contribute their share to the cause of bravery and justice. It is necessary to radiate to the local area, strengthen horizontal connections with local enterprises, institutions and social organizations, expand the influence of the station, take the lead in providing assistance measures for local people who act bravely for justice and their families, and solve practical difficulties. We should actively organize exchange activities for those who act bravely for justice and provide necessary guarantees for the activities.
Third, it is necessary to standardize self-construction and build a work brand
According to the "Guiding Opinions on the Work of Volunteer Service Stations for Righteousness and Bravery in Jiangyin City (Trial)", the construction of service stations should at least meet the "four Haves", namely, "having a working or activity place, having a basic organizational structure, having relevant responsible persons and part-time staff, and having basic working systems". Each service station should, in light of the actual conditions of its own unit and region, ensure the availability of activity venues, improve the working mechanism, expand the scope of work, and strengthen the standardization and branding construction from both software and hardware aspects. The Municipal Foundation for Righteousness and Bravery and the Municipal Public Security Bureau should effectively enhance work guidance, promptly distill and summarize good experiences and practices, promote them throughout the city, and present them to higher authorities.
