On November 4, 2019, the 2019 Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs' Zijinshan Summit, which has been highly anticipated by compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, was held in Nanjing. Wang Yang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, attended and delivered a speech. Guo Jinlong, the chairman of the summit from the Chinese mainland, Xiao Wanchang, the chairman of the summit from Taiwan, and Lou Qinjian, Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress, also addressed the event.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Ping, the vice chairman of the summit on the Chinese mainland. More than 1,300 business people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait attended the meeting.
Zhou Yongnan, the chairman of Jiangyin Tongli Optoelectronic Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongli Technology"), was invited to attend this meeting. I feel extremely honored to be invited to this grand event. By attending the conference, entrepreneurs from both sides of the Taiwan Strait have had face-to-face exchanges, opening up new space for the development of their enterprises. Zhou Yongnan said.
This "policy package" consisting of a total of 26 measures is another concrete manifestation of the mainland's equal treatment of Taiwan compatriots following the introduction of "31 measures" by the state in 2018, providing more equal treatment for Taiwanese enterprises and Taiwan compatriots. For this very reason, the "26 Measures" have also become a hot topic of discussion at this summit.
The release of the "26 Measures" has provided new impetus for cross-strait cooperation and mutual benefit. Zhou Yongnan said. The mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, as well as its coexistence and common prosperity, is best evidenced by the development history of Tongli Technology. In 2001, Tongli Technology started as an ordinary packaging enterprise lingering at the lower end of the value chain. Today, it has grown into a national high-tech enterprise in the fields of precision coating functional new materials and polymer film materials. The "secret" to its rapid growth is inseparable from the cooperation with Taiwanese enterprises. As early as 2009, Tongli Technology began to have contact and exchanges with relevant enterprises in Taiwan. Since then, the company has carried out all-round cooperation with well-known enterprises, thus helping them enter a fast development track. In 2016, Tongli Technology successfully went public on Kosdaq in South Korea and is now making great strides towards becoming an international enterprise.
With the "26 measures" as the "ballast stone", enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait can complement each other's strengths and carry out all-round cooperation in areas such as technology, talent and market, jointly enhancing core competitiveness and broadening the path of internationalization. Zhou Yongnan expressed with full confidence.
It is understood that the Zijin Mountain Summit at the foot of Zhongshan Mountain has been successfully held for ten sessions since its launch on September 22, 2008. Nowadays, the summit has become the most influential platform for exchanges and cooperation between business communities on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. This year's Cross-Strait Entrepreneurs Summit on Zijinshan Mountain, with the theme of "Deepening Integrated Development to Create a Common Market", presented a series of "big dishes" including the opening ceremony, keynote speeches, and a series of special forums. Over 1,000 well-known entrepreneurs, business association leaders, small and medium-sized enterprises, and young entrepreneurs from both sides of the Taiwan Strait attended the event.
